Apple Security’s clients range from very small to quite large in scope. Apple’s largest customers are two heavy construction companies working on provincial highway mega-projects in Greater Vancouver, Kiewit Flatiron and Fraser Transportation Group Constructors.
While the majority of work for Apple is commercial and industrial work sites, Apple is servicing or has serviced a diverse range of clients including hotels, strata buildings, retail malls, community festivals/events, schools, pubs, churches, golf courses and recreation centres. Apple has provided security on TV/movie sets, personal protection, security for executives, move in/move out security at strata complexes, loss prevention at grocery/drug store chains and event security for several non-profit charities and many other community events.

For locations that use our GPS barcode technology on-site, clients may request monthly scanner tracking reports. This report will enable clients to review time and attendance data, site activity and contract compliance. It confirms the security guard’s presence and patrol route each shift and allows clients to analyze and provide feedback to Apple about maintaining or changing patrol checks on their premises.

All guards have industry standard training. Corporately, we are continually adding and updating our in-house professional development for all security guards by delivering initial and recurrent training. This training is focused on customer service, emergency response procedures and report writing to name a few. Also advanced training is supported by Apple to afford our guards opportunity to attend industry lead workshops and external career courses.
In conjunction with its security division, Apple Security provides staff cross-trained in Occupational First Aid Level 2, development of city approved traffic plans, traffic flagging services, parking permit, ticketing and enforcement services utilizing wheel clamping, parking machines / lot revenue collection, and technology designed for property management professionals to assist in parking solutions/permitting, building maintenance, contractor accountability and security issues/resolutions.
