It is Apple Security’s vision to assure peace of mind to our corporate client base through delivery of optimum security management systems.
As security work is largely the provision of a “presence” on-site, a significant portion of the training provided to our guards involves communication with the client with respect to what specific workplace hazards can be expected and avoided through preparedness and planning.
All guards have industry standard training. Corporately, we are continually adding and updating our in-house professional development for all security guards by delivering initial and recurrent training. This training is focused on customer service, emergency response procedures and report writing to name a few. Also advanced training is supported by Apple to afford our guards opportunity to attend industry lead workshops and external career courses.
In conjunction with its security division, Apple Security provides staff cross-trained in Occupational First Aid Level 2, development of city approved traffic plans, traffic flagging services, parking permit, ticketing and enforcement services utilizing wheel clamping, parking machines / lot revenue collection, and technology designed for property management professionals to assist in parking solutions/permitting, building maintenance, contractor accountability and security issues/resolutions.
